David McGill and Kristy Fenton, both of Maryland, have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Greg and Brenda Carbino, of Ogdensburg, N.Y., and Philip and Linda Fenton of Massena, N.Y.

The prospective groom is the son of James and Susan McGill, of Towson.

The couple is planning a May 22 wedding in Ogdensburg.

The groom's son, Colby McGill, of Thurmont, will serve as best man, while the bride's sister, Stacey Brunet, of Ogdensburg, will be the matron of honor.
