Each week, the Opinion page will feature a historical photograph. It's up to you to identify the place or person. The first reader to answer correctly will be recognized on the Opinion page the following week. For answers, e-mail owingsmillstimes@patuxent.com with your full name and ZIP code.

Last week's photo

Jeremy Scheinker, of Pikesville, was the first person to correctly identify the man in last week's photo as Louis Rukeyser, a native of Connecticut and former host of Maryland Public Television's Wall Street Week program. Rukeyser died in May 2006, but he began his award-winning, nationally-distributed program in 1970. Rukeyser combined wit and wisdom in his long-running program that went off the air in 2002. In the photo last week, Rukeyser was talking with Raymond K.K. Ho, president of MPT. Ho was the station's third president. He later became vice president of Pat Robertson's Christian radio network.
