The following is a synopsis of local planning cases as they progress through the Baltimore County planning process. These cases involve projects within the 3rd and 4th Councilmanic Districts:

Development Review Meetings

For information call Don Rascoe at 410-887-3321. All Development Review meetings will be held in Room 123, County Office Building.

4th District:

Dec. 9 at 1:30 p.m. 1100 Stevenson Lane. Request for a lot line adjustment.

Zoning Commissioner�s Hearings

Hearings are in Room 407, County Courts Building.

4th District:

Dec. 13 at 9 a.m. 8801 Loch Raven Blvd. Special hearing to permit 206 parking spaces in lieu of the 216 spaces approved through a variance of the required 265 parking spaces.

Dec. 20 at 10 a.m. 2600 Pot Spring Road. Special exception to permit a community building. Special hearing to allow proposed building to straddle the zone line. Variance to permit total building lengths of 600 feet and 440 feet in lieu of the permitted 200 feet.

Community Input Meeting

4th District

Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. McDonald's Towson2 on Joppa Road near Fairmount Ave. Proposal for a 3,749 square-foot restaurant.
