For Our Troops, a student organization that supports military personnel deployed overseas, is compiling a list of Hereford High School graduates who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
For Our Troops, which originated at Hereford High, frequently invites servicemen to attend their meetings.

Jacksonville Elementary plans Fall Fun Fair
Celebrate the return of autumn at the Fall Fun Fair, complete with food, games, prizes, Halloween costume sales and much more!
The fair will be held 4-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7 at the school, 3400 Hillendale Heights Road in Phoenix. For information call Claire Smith at 410-785-1223.

Collegiate Honors
> Andrea Miles of Phoenix has been accepted to Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania. A graduate of Notre Dame Preparatory School, she intends to study elementary education.
> Brian Miller of Monkton received a bachelor of arts degree in American history from Brown University at Providence, R.I. He is the son of Lloyd and Marguerite Miller.
