Avondale Road, 8900 block, 11 a.m. Sept. 21. A 69-year-old man saw a man in his yard, who offered to power-wash his deck. He refused, the man walked away and the resident then found the screen from his basement door had been pulled away.
Belridge Road, 7900 block, 9 p.m. Sept. 20. Someone attempted to get into the apartment by removing a window screen and prying at the window moulding.
Highpoint Road, 8000 block, between 5:15 a.m. and 6:35 p.m. Sept. 20. Someone entered the home and took $950 in cash, diamond earrings, a wedding band, a diamond ring, codeine and a diamond tennis bracelet.
McClean Boulevard, 7300 block, 10:15 a.m. Sept. 20. Two teenage boys approached a 28-year-old Parkville woman, both displayed handguns and demanded her purse. She handed it over and the boys ran toward Solar Circle.
Cashell Court, unit block, between 8:45 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sept. 19. Someone pried open the rear sliding door of the home, ransacked the master bedroom and took several pieces of jewelry.
Linwood Avenue, 3000 block, between 9:15 and 11:56 a.m. Sept. 19. Someone cut a screen and opened an unlocked window and took a Sony cordless phone and an AT&T answering machine.
Wentworth Road, 2500 block, between 9:30 and 10:45 a.m. Sept. 19. A man was observed by a neighbor running out of the back door of the home and getting into a dark car driven by another man. Property was piled up inside the home, but nothing was reported stolen.
Harford Road, 9600 block, between 6 and 10 p.m. Sept. 18. Someone pushed out a kitchen window fan to get into the home and stole two televisions and a calculator.
Moreland Avenue, 3100 block, between 9:15 and 11:56 a.m. Sept. 19. Someone entered through an unlocked door and took a VCR, telephone and gold wedding ring.
