An April 9 house fire in Parkville injured one person and brought dozens of firefighters to the 8200 block of Harris Avenue.

According to the county fire department, fire crews were dispatched to a house fire at 10:23 a.m. Thursday.

In all, 14 emergency vehicles responded to the fire, which was under control at 11:59 a.m.

One person was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, but the fire department did not release any information about the victim of the fire.

According to the fire department, damage to the house and its contents are estimated at $150,000.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the cause of the fire is still being investigated, fire department officials said.
